1: All parts supplied and fitted carry a twelve-month manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty is only the parts replaced and not on any other malfunction with the appliance/washing machine.
2: In the event, a part replaced fails within the first three months, Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd will replace the part at no charge to you.
3: In the event, a part replaced fails after three months and does not exceed twelve months, Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd will replace the part at no charge to you, however, a call out fee plus the applicable GST will be payable by you.
4: Where a repair is carried out on any appliance/washing machine and parts are not supplied and that problem re-occurs Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd will send a technician/contractor to re-attend your premises at no charge to you, however, you must notify us within seven days of the initial visit (call out) otherwise an additional call out fee plus the applicable GST is payable.
5: You agree prior to any work being performed on your appliance/washing machine a technician/contractor must attend your premises (call out) and assess the fault with the appliance/washing machine prior to any repair work being performed.
6: Call out fee plus the applicable GST is charged for the purpose of the technician traveling to your premises, inspecting your appliance/washing machine and diagnosing the fault. Paying a call out fee does not guarantee your appliance/washing machine will be repaired.
7: The initial call out fee charged plus the applicable GST covers you for the first visit only.
8: You are provided with “up to ” one hour of free labour to repair the fault on your appliance/washing machine during the initial visit/call out by a technician/contractor providing that fault is repairable within that time frame after the technician inspects and assesses your appliance/washing machine.
9: The technician/contractor is attending to inspect, assess and or repair one appliance only – that appliance being the appliance you reported when you made the initial call requesting our services. All additional appliances are charged at fifty-five dollars per appliance plus the applicable GST for inspection and assessment while the technician/contractor is at your premises during the initial call out (first visit).
10: If your appliance/washing machine is assessed and requires parts and you authorise the attending technician/contractor to proceed with the repairs – then you agree to pay for any additional parts required in addition to the call out fee plus any applicable GST.
11: In the event your appliance requires a special part and that part needs to be picked up from the supplier by a technician/contractor you agree to pay twenty-five dollars every fifteen minutes travelled plus any applicable GST.
12: If your appliance/washing machine is assessed to be not repairable within the first hour of the technician/contractor’s visit you will be provided with a fixed price quote for the repair and only after your acceptance/approval of the fixed price quote will work be carried out.
13: If a repair carried out exceeds one hour then you agree to pay an additional twenty-five dollars per every fifteen minutes plus the applicable GST. Any work performed which is charged by time is in fifteen-minute blocks.
14: Call out fee is not refundable at any stage.
15: Any appliances/washing machine taken away from your premises to the workshop for further assessment or repairs are done so with your request and approval and at your own risk. Although every care is taken to ensure your appliance/washing machine is not damaged. Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd its technicians/contractors/
16: In the event of any accidental flooding or water leaks during a repair or after a repair/service has been conducted on your appliance, you agree to not hold Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd ABN 36 603 000 728 its technicians, its contractors or any of its agents liable for any damage caused to your appliance or damage caused to your premises from any water leakage or water flooding or any damage caused through electrical malfunction.
17: Failure to produce receipt will mean your warranty is void.
18: Any tampering with the appliance or in the event any other appliance repair company attends and works on the appliance/washing machine while it is covered under warranty by Washing Machine Hero Pty will void your warranty.
19: Any purchases of NEW appliances through our online store are not refundable once delivery has been made and the packaging of the appliance removed. For new appliance which have not had packaging removed a transport fee or one hundred and Fifty dollars is payable by you in the event of any return.
20: Free delivery does not include or provide free installation of NEW appliances purchased by you. Installation of an appliance/washing machine is charged at the reduced flat rate of $100 dollars plus any applicable GST.
21: All new appliances come with a twelve-month manufacturer’s warranty.
22: By providing your email address, you agree to receive email update and notifications from Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd – washerhero@gmail.com
23: At no stage do we sell, rent or give your information to any other party other than individual contractors for the purpose of servicing your appliance. We respect your privacy.
24. When you book for a repair/service for your appliance Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd may issue work to individual contractors on your behalf and at your request as a “booking service.” You agree that if you’re not satisfied with the service received from the individual contractor who represents their OWN business – you will contact Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd to resolve any issues you may have “between you and the contractor” and you will not take ANY legal action against Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd, its agents or directors and you further AGREE you will not take ANY action by posting ANY written reviews or comments on any public website or media about the operations of or work performed by contractors on behalf of Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd which could affect the operations for Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd or you will be liable to be in breach of this agreement and legal action may be taken against you. However you may contact Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd and obtain the legal business name/identity of the individual contractor assigned to provide you with the service and write comments and or reviews in relation to their business only. You further agree that any such comments posted by you on any public website and or media about an individual contractor or their business will not in any way reflect or affect Washing Machine Hero Pty Ltd, its agents/directors in any way whatsoever or legal action may be taken against you.
25. By signing this document you AGREE that, you have read and are bound by these terms and conditions and that this is a legal and binding CONTRACT OF SERVICE.
26: By signing this Tax Invoice/document you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions entirely.
